摘  要:以桂林地区产出的大量Sinospongophyllum的个体发育资料为基础,结合我国描述的Sinospongophyllum和Tabulophyllum以及国外已描述的一些有代表性的种作系统发育分析,用分校分析方法,判别这两个属的亲疏关系,认为Sinospongophyllum和Tabulophyllum并非同义属。同时,对桂林地区大量产出的Sinospongophyllumcrassiseptatumsp.nov.居群内变异作了较为详细的研究,并讨论了引起变异的可能原因。SinospongOPhylum was proposed by Yoh in 1937 with the type species Sinospongre phyllum planatabulatum Yoh,1937.Many species involved in this genus are widely tributed in South China and some localities in Northwest China,especially in Middle Devonian strata.In most cases,the beds bearing this genus are an important horizon yielding Endophyllum,which is traceable in South China.Most authors of North America,Europe and the former Soviet Union regarded SinospongOPhyllum as a junior synonym of Tabular phyllum Fenton et Fenton 1924,but many authors of China consistently consider it as anindependent genus.In this paper,the cladistic analysis is applied to the restudy and discussion of relationships between the rugosa genera Sinospongophyllum and Tabulophyllum.The polarities of & characteristic states(Table 1) derived from ontogenetic criteria were analysed by computer,revealing that both genera are not congeneric.The conclusions from cladistic analysis can help us understand the differences between Sinospongophyllum and Tabulophyllum(Text--fig.1):
