摘　　要：我科自1989年1月以来,采用关节镜监视下松质骨拉力螺钉内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折31例.根据Harald分类,Ⅰ型20例,Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型1例.29例获1～5年平均2.5年随访.术后根据HOhl膝关节功能评分标准评定,优13例,良13例,中3例,无功能不良者.本方法具有损伤轻,感染机会小,能在关节镜直接监视下观察关节面修复情况等优点.Since Jan 1989,31 cases of tibial plateau fracture were treated with cancellous screws internal fixtion under the arthroscopy,29 cases had been followed up 1-5 years. According to Harald,tibial plateau fractures were divided into 3 types ,Type Ⅰ - simple fracture,there were 20 cases ,type Ⅱ -fracture and dislocation,8 cases, type Ⅲ - comminuted fracture 1 case. We treated them by poking reduction and followed by cancellous screws internal fixation under the arthroscopy monitoring. The functional results recorded by scoring system of Hohl were excellent -13 cases,good -13 cases,fair-3 cases and no poor result. The advantages of this method are light injury,less infection and able to inspect joint repairing under the arthroscopy.
