摘  要:作者研制了用于治疗股骨下段骨折的髓内X形张力钉,双钉在髓腔内呈拱形组合,四点张力相嵌,钉尾可上骨栓或松质骨螺钉,符合股骨下段解剖和生物力学,临床治疗23例股骨下段骨折,随访4~35个月,10~16周达骨性愈合,膝关节屈曲90~100°3例,余病人屈膝均在110~135°,伸膝达0°,拨钉后病人均恢复伤前工作或生活.A new-type of internal fixation,intramedullar X tensile pin,for treating the fracture of the lower segment of the femur bone is developed by the authors. The shape of the pin coincide in anatomical feature of the lower segment of the femur. The two-pin forms in the bone narrow and arch combination. The tensions on four tips of pins are impacted with each other. There is a hole at the tail of every pins which may be impacted with bone bolt or spongy bone screw for the treatment of the intercondylar fracture,23 cases of fractures of lower segment of the femur were reduced and internally fixed with the pins. 3 patients could genuflex 90-100°,the other could genuflex 110-135°, and could extension to 0°. All patients resume their work,and enjoy nomal life after removing the X-tensile pins.
