室性早搏后左心室造影图形的意义

摘　　要：对比分析室性早搏后前两个窦性搏动造影图形,可判定室壁运动障碍的可逆性和了解心肌收缩储备能力.A comparison study was made in 15 normals, 14 patients with old myocardium infarction and 10 patients with angina pectoris on ventricular wall motion and ejection fraction of the first and the second beat cineventriculography after ventricular extrasystolic beat. With postextrasystolic potentiation, twenty nine of 31 hypokinetic zones, two of 17 akinetic zones improved obviouslly, and nine dyskin-etic zones did not change. It is evident from these observation that residual left ventricular contractible function and reversible ventricular wall motion abnormalities can be detected in patients with coronary artery disease by their response to post-ventri-extrasystolic potetiation. The postextrasystolic potentiation is effective in discriminating between potentially reversible ischemic and definitely jeopardized areas, and therefore has reliable prognostic value.
