摘　　要：本文从我国企业的实际出发，研究了一类双随机连续检查系统的联合补充问题，将企业常用的（Ｓ，ｓ）生产－库存控制策略发展为考虑“允许联合订购点”的（Ｓ，ｃ，ｓ）策略，并应用启发式算法得到了满意解。该策略程序规范，应用简便，可操作性强。文中同时给出了案例分析，经与单独补充策略相比，经济效益明显。In this paper, we study the joint replenishment problem with stochastic demand and lead time, considering some real situation of the enterprises. (S,c,s) policy is put forth on the basis of (S, s) continuously review system. heuristic algorithm and a proper procedure are given to get satisfactory results. The case study shows that the policy is simple and applicable, and it gets good economic effect.
