摘  要:本文研究了复杂高温合金中微量硼的测定。采用对流型蒸馏装置将硼以硼酸甲酯的形式蒸馏出来,将碱性的回收溶液蒸发至干,稀释至25mL容量瓶中,用ICP-AES法测定。通过各种条件实验,确立了最佳测定条件,得到了满意的结果。本方法可测0.0001%-0.02%的硼,对0.000235%的硼RSD为5.12%。In this paper,it has been studied for the determination of microamount of boron in the complex superalloy.Boron was separated by distillation as methyl borate.The solution of methyl borate was evaporated completely at 85±5℃,25mL of water was added to dissolve the residue and was determined by ICP-AES.By all kinds of the experiment,estabished the optimum factors of the determination,it's even geton well the resuls.This method can determine for the steel samples containing from 0.0001% to 0.02% boron,the coefficient of variation at 0.000235% level was 5.12%.
