波纹圆孔光栏的衍射及其设计

摘　　要：详细研究了波纹光栏（ｓｅｒｒａｔｅｄａｐｅｒｔｕｒｅ）的菲涅耳衍射特征，提出并论证了调幅型正弦波纹光栏能在较大的菲涅耳数范围内有效地抑制光束中央部分的衍射调制，并给出这类波纹光栏用于高功率激光系统的设计程序。The features of Fresnel diffraction was fully characterized for the serratedaperture in this paper, we have proposed and demonstrated that modulated sinusoidalserrated apperture can effectively suppress the near-axis intensity ripples for a large scaleof Fresnel numbers. The design procedure was also given for its application in the highpowers laser systems.
