摘  要:本文探讨了渠系改造的最优水力设计方法,建议一种专家评议与模拟优化相结合的优化模型。该模型以改造工程投资最小、结构与施工合理作为评价目标,根据本文确立的模拟模型中的物理关系和运行规则,通过模拟程序的运行,可以求得所需改造渠系的最优水力参数。in this paper the method of optimum hydraulic design for improvment of canal system is studied, and an optimal model combining the simulation optimization with expert appreciation has been proposed. In the model the minimum project improvement costs and the rationality of structure and construction are regarded as the appraisable object. According to the physical relations in the simulation model and the operational regulations,which are defined by this paper, the optimum hydraulic parameters of the canal system can be obtained through simulation program running.
