摘　　要：本文介绍一种新型光电检测设备，它可以通过测量仪器内部杂光的方法，客观定量评价光学表面霉雾对象质的危害。文章介绍了此仪器的理论依据与工作原理，并给出了一组实测样品的结果。This paper introduces a new photoelectronic instrument which can assess the effect of optical surface fungi and fog on the image quality by measuring stray-light on the image plane. The fundamental research and operation principle of the mesearement system are introduced. And a set of test results is given
