摘　　要：本文通过对氦氖激光器多纵模单纵模运转时腔内参数和上下能级粒子数的测量，研究这两种不同动转状态下的激光输出特性及上下能级粒子数差的变化规律，讨论如何获得高功率单纵模输出。By measuring the parameters inside of cavity and the population of higher and lower levels of the He-Ne laser operating at multimode and singlemode,We have studied the characteristics of the laser beam and the population behaviour of the levels. and thus, give a interpretation of the singlemode high-power output from the He-Ne laser .
