摘  要:本文介绍北京同步辐射装置(BSRF)3B1B光束线、生物光谱实验站和圆二色谱仪的基本情况。报道北京正负电子对撞机(BEPC)同步辐射专用光期间,我们在该站测量了11种手征性生物和药物样品的圆二色(CD)谱,首次在国内利用同步辐射光获取了D-苯丙氨酸(Phenylala-nine)等样品的CD谱和D-及L-亮氨酸(Leucine)对称的CD曲线。In June, 1993 the 3BIB Biology Spectroscopy Station at Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility (BSRF),located in the beamline 3B1B, was put in commission. The main apparatus of this station is a circular dichroism(CD) spectroscope.It consists of Seya-Namioka ARCVM-502 monochromator, photo-elastic modulator (PEM-80), sample chamber and detectoretc.The synchrotron radiation monochromatic beam with the wavelength ranging from 170 to500 urn is focused on the sample. The system could be operated as the Beijing Electronpositron collider (BEPC) ran either in parasitic or in dedicated mode, and either in normal atmospheric or in vacuum 1Pa environmental condition.During the period of dedicated running mode in this summer (june17-30), the CD spectra for 11 biological and medicinal samples with molecules having chirality were measured onthe system and good results were obtained. It is the first time in China that CD spectra of Dphenylalanine, Androsterone. and camphor sulfonic acid and a symmetric CD curve of D--andL-leucine are obtained using synchrotron radiation.
