摘　　要：本文提出了光子“三极管”的理论模型，并对这一模型进行较详细的计算分析，得到了光子“三极管”的特性曲线，并指出了其应用前景。The theory model of photon 'triode' is reported in this paper , then this model is calculated and analyzed in detail, the authors draw out the characteristic curve of photon 'triode' and point out the applied prospect.
