摘　　要：本文介绍了掺稀土光纤放大器的工作原理、掺稀土光纤的制备工艺;讨论了影响掺稀土光纤放大器性能的几个重要因素,最后简单介绍了光纤放大器的应用.In this article, we describe the principle of rare-earth doped optical fiber amplifier (OFA), the preparation of rare-earth doped opticsl fiber.The various important factors which affect OFA performance are discussed.Finally, the applications of OFA are briefly presented.
