摘  要:对林竹园500t/d选厂含WO3品位1.93%加温细泥尾矿.采用磁-浮-重黑钨细泥选矿新工艺进行工业试验,从中回收已丢弃的细粒黑钨矿,获得黑钨精矿含WO369.75%,作业回收率51.73%,对原矿钨回收率10.19%;钨中矿含WO329.80%,作业回收率16.34%,对原矿钨回收率3.22%;两项合计,提高选厂钨回收率13.41%.解决了从加温细泥尾矿中回收细粒黑钨矿的浮选技术和选矿工艺的难题.The pilot test has been carried out to recover fine wolframite from the heated slime tailings containing 1.93% of WO3 at the 500t/d mineral processing mill of Shizhuyuan Mine.By using the new magnetic separation-flotation-gravity separation process,the wolframite concentrate and the middlings have been obtained.The wolframite concentrate contains WO3 69.75 % with the operational recovery 51.73 % and the recovery to the rude ore 10.19% ;the wolframite middlings contain WO3 29.80% with the operational recovery 16.34 % and the rccovery to the rude ore 3.22%;totally 13.41 % of the rccovery has been increased in the mineral processing mill.The difficult problem in the beneficiation process and the flotation technique for recovcring fine wolframite from the heated slime tailings have thus been solved.
