摘 要:本文探讨了激光加热镀铬中碳合金钢快速渗铬的处理与机理,并对处理前后的试样进行了镀铬层或渗铬压抗高温造成裂纹扩展、剥落的性能、抗酸液腐蚀性能的对比试验。结果表明在适当的激光处理工艺条件下形成的熔渗层对改善镀铬钢的表面性能起重要作用。The process and mechanisms of the fast chromizing caused by laser heating in thechrome-plated steel are discussed in this paper.The relations of chromizing depth,chrome con-centration,structure and properties with the parameters in the laser treatment technology arealso presented.The results show that the above-mentioned properties of the chrome-plated laye-rs treated by lasers are superior to those of untreated ones.It is considered that the chromizinglayers formed under the proper conditions of laser treatment technology play an important rolein improving the properties of the chrome-plated steel.
