额镜照明下行功能性鼻窦手术的探讨

摘　　要：参照功能性鼻窦镜鼻窦手术技术，为２５例（３５侧）多鼻窦炎患者做了额镜照明下的功能性算窦手术，其中２０例（２９侧）进行３～６月以上的追踪复查，治念率６９％（２０／２９），疗效较为满意，且有许多方面优于传统鼻窦手术。文中探讨在额镜照明下行功能性鼻窦手术的某些注意事项。Abstract To refer to technic of Functional EndoscopicSinus Surgery (FESS),we performed functionalintranasal sinus surgery under head mirror on 25cases of polpsinusitis at outpatient department. 20cases were followed up more than 3 months.wefound that our technic was better than dassicalsinusotomy in many aspects and expected resultswere achieved.Special points for attention are discussed in the article.
