摘  要:用电化学研究方法对活性涂层钛阳极的阳极过程动力学进行了研究.测试介质为氯化镍溶液.用循环伏安法研究电极反应的可逆性,发现涂层钛阳极放氯反应不符合Nernst反应(可逆反应).测出了涂层钛阳极的极化曲线二用电子计算机对极化曲线数据进行线性回归处理,经过计算,涂层钛阳极放氯反应动力学参数为:α值0.2399V,Tafel斜率b值0.0262V,交换电流密度值6.67×10-6A·cm-2,传递系数βn2.5124,电流密度250A·m-2时氯超电位值为0.1979V,数据说明涂层钛阳极在放氯反应中电催化活性相当高.Anode process kinetics of the active coated-Ti anode has been studied.The measuring medium is nickel chloride solution.When the cyclic voltammetry is used to study the reversibility of the electrode reaction,it has been discovered that the chlorine evolution reaction of the coated Ti anode is not in accordance with Nernst reaction(reversible reaction).After the polarization curve being measured and handled with the linear regression analysis by computer, kinetic parameters of chlorine evolution on the coated Ti anode are calculated: α=0.239V, Tafel slope b=0.0262V,exchange current density A·cm-2,transmission coefficient and chlorine evolution overpotential under the current density 250A·m-2 is 0.197 9V.All the data show that the electrocatalytic activity in the chlorine evolution reaction on the coated Ti anode is very high.
