三种由Erwiniaspp．引起的新的花卉细菌病害

摘　　要：１９９４年在深圳农科中心花卉大棚中的巴西铁、文心兰和火鹤植株上，发现国内外尚未报道的细菌病害；巴西铁叶枯病，文心兰心腐病和火鹤叶枯病。病原细菌的主要细菌学性状试验结果表明，巴西铁叶枯病菌为菠萝欧氏杆菌（ＥｒｗｉｎｉａａｎａｎａｓＳｅｒｒａｎｏ）的一个菌株，文心兰心腐病和火鹤叶枯病均为兰欧氏杆菌［Ｅ．ｃｙｐｒｉｐｅｄｉｉ（Ｈｏｒｉ）Ｂｅｒｇｅｙｅｔａｌ．］的菌株之一。Three bacterial diseases of ornamental plant hiterto unreported from the world: leaf blight of Fragrant Dracaena and heart rot of Oncidium and leaf blight of common Anthurium, were found firstly in Shenzhen of Guandong Province in 1994. The symptoms of these bacterial diseases, the morphologies, cultural characters, physiological and biochemical characteristics of the causal organisms were all described. All characteristics tested of the leaf blight pathogen of Fragrant Dracaena were identical with the Erwinia ananas Serrano, so it is an isolate of the species, and the pathogenic bacteria of the heart rot of Oncidium and the leaf blight of common Anthurium were identified as two isolates of E. cypripedii (Hori)Bergey et al., based on the main bacteriological characteristics.
