摘　　要：急性和慢性毒性研究结果表明，肝康日服液无怠性毒性反应，给大鼠和犬口服肝康口服液６个月，动物生长、血常规、血生化指标以及组织病理学检查与对照组比较均无统计学上的差异。表明肝康口服液无明显毒性作用。LD50ofGan Kang oral liquid was found to be larger than 80g/kg(ig)in mice。Gan Kang was administered ig to rats and dogs for a period of6 months respectively.No obvi。ous abnormalities were found in the blood pictures and in the functions ofthe liver and kidney。In comparison with the control group,pathological examinations of the experimental groupshowed that none of the organs examined were damaged.The resuIts suggest that this oral liquidi5safe for clinical use。
