广西非缺碘地区儿童手掌骨及碗骨发育的研究

摘　　要：利用骨龄发育指数评价法，对非缺碘地区的北海市１０８名６～１４岁正常儿童进行骨龄发育分析。结果表明：骨龄发育指数百分率随年龄的增长而增高，男性骨骼发育慢于女性（Ｐ＜０．０５），约落后两年。骨龄发育指数与年龄呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．００１），其男性及女性的回归方程分别是：Ｙｍ＝６．４７２０Ｘ一６．５０３３与Ｙｆ＝６．４２５２＋６．０６１７。与李氏相同年龄儿童的骨龄发育指数比较，北海市儿童骨骼发育较好（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Skeletal development of hand andwrist was analysed among 108 normal children aged6～14 vears and lived in iodine sufficient area of Bei-hai city by the grade index method of skeletal devel-opment.The result indicated that the speed of skele-tal developmemt in male was slower than that in fe-male (P<0.05 ).The skeletal develoDment waspositivey correlated with age(P<0.0005). The re-gression equations were Ym=6.472X-6.5033 formale and Yf=6.4252X+6.0617 for female,TheSkeletal development of children in Beihai was bet-ter than that of Li's in Beijing(P<0.05).
