针灸结合中药治疗吸服海洛因25例疗效观察

摘　　要：本文介绍了用针灸结合中药治疗吸服海洛因患者２５例，有效率达到９６％。同时，观察治疗前后患者的ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ及Ｔ－淋巴细胞转化率情况，结果治疗前血ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ正常的分别为３６％、２０％、１６％，治疗后分别提高至６０％，４４％、４８％；治疗后血Ｔ—淋巴细胞转化率正常者从治疗前的２４％提高至７６％。另外，针刺能提高脑脊液及脑内的内啡肽含量，从而有镇痛、镇静、减轻戒毒症状的作用；中药戒毒汤通利大、小便以降低血毒浓度而达到戒除毒瘾的目的。Twenty-five cases of heroin addict were treated with acupuncture andherbal medicine. The result showed that the effecive rate was 96%. Thepercentages of the patients with normal IgA,IgG,IgM and T-lymphocytetransformation value were increased from 36%,20%16%,24%to 60%,40%,48%and 7 6%respectively after treatment. In addition, acupuncture canrelieve pain and the withdrawal symptoms by increasing the content ofendophine in the brain and spinal fluid. The Chinese herbal decoction forabstinence may decrease the concentration of heroin in the blood by promot-ing diuresis al1d bowel movements.
