白虎追风丸镇痛抗炎作用机理的初步探讨

摘　　要：白虎追风丸是临床上治疗风湿性关节炎和类风湿性关节炎的有效处方。实验结果表明该方有抗炎、消肿、止痛作用。实验还表明该方对去除双侧肾上腺小鼠因巴豆油所致耳肿胀有抑制作用，对大白鼠血浆皮质醇浓度无影响，能使致炎剂诱导生成的炎症渗出物中ＰＧＥ＿２含量降低。提示其作用不依赖于垂体─肾上腺系统，可能是通过抑制炎症组织中前列腺素（ＰＧＥ＿２）等炎症介质的合成和／或释放而起作用的。实验还表明该方安全无任何毒副作用。This paper explored the mechanism of Baihu Zhuifeng Wan for analgesic and anti-inflamm-tory actions.The xperimental results reveal that it can reduce the edema of the ear induced bycroton oil in adrenoprival mice. But it didn’t act on the concentration of blood plasma cortisol innormal rats. It can reduce the contents of PGE released from inflammatory tissue of hind paw in-duced by inflammatory causing material.The results indicate that the anti-inflammtory effect ofBaihu Zhuifeng Wan is not mainly taken through the pituitory adrenocortic system,but is relativeto the inhibition of synthesis and/or release of prostagladins.
