摘  要:应用荧光光诸、振动光谱和电子自旋共振波潜等系统地研究了掺Mn ̄(2+)离子的锌磷酸盐和铝酸盐系统玻璃的发光行为。结果表明:三元磷酸盐玻璃中Mn ̄(2+)用紫外激发,于可见区产生一宽发射带;变换玻璃中的网络外体离子,玻璃网络化学键主振动峰不变。随碱金属或碱土金属离子场强减小,Mn ̄(2+)离子的 ̄4T_1(G)→ ̄6A_1(S)发光跃迁的相对强度规律变小,且向长波方向移动,反之亦然。Mn ̄(2+)在磷酸盐玻璃中为6配位,发红光,强度大。用声子弛豫无辐射跃迁解释了Mn ̄2+)离子的 ̄4T_1(G)→ ̄6A_1(S)单一荧光发射,讨论了网络外体离子诱导的Mn ̄(2+)配位场变化以及碱金属、碱土金属离于对Mn ̄(2+)发光的影响规律。为选择与优化工艺和性能提供了依据。Luminescent characteristics of zinc-phosphate glass and alumino-phosphate glass doped with Mn ̄(2+) are systematically studied by means of fluorescence spectra,IR and ESR spectra. The results indicate that the e-mission spectra excited in the UV range are situated in the visible region and have a broad band width,and the main peak in the vibration of chemical bonds in the glass network can hardly be changed by exchanging the net-work modified ion. The relative intensity of Mn ̄(2+) emission transition, ̄4T_1(G)→ ̄6A_1(S),regularly decreases and the broad emission peak shifts to the longer wavelength as the field strength of alkali and alkali earth metal ions gradually decreases. The single emission transition, ̄4T_1(G)→ ̄6A_1(S),from higher excited level(such as  ̄4A_1, ̄4E(G)etc. )to the  ̄4T_1(G)level,is explained in views of multiphono relaxation and the variation of the local lig-and field of Mn ̄(2+) ions induced by the modifier ions is discussed.Further,the influence of alkali and alkali earth metal ions on the Mn ̄(2+) luminescent behavior is analysed.
