钌在含氮或氮硫杂环树脂上的吸附行为

摘  要:研究了配位原子为氮或氮硫的5种新型功能性树脂对Ru(Ⅳ)的吸附行为(3-氨甲基吡啶树脂(3-AMPR)、吡唑树脂(PAZR)、2-氨甲基吡啶树脂、N-甲基-2-硫咪唑树脂、2-硫-苯骈咪唑树脂的功能基(FG)含量为3.16~4.87mmolFG/g树脂),以及酸度、温度、时间对吸附的影响。测定其吸附容量、吸附比、吸附速率常数、吸附熵、分配系数和洗脱率等参数。3-AMPR有最高的吸附容量1.64mmolRu(Ⅳ)/g3-AMPR和最低的吸附比1.94FG/Ru(Ⅳ)(摩尔比)。吸附在PAZR上的Ru(Ⅳ)可被5%硫脲水溶液:丙酮:盐酸=1:1:2(体积比)的混合溶液洗脱,洗脱率100.3%。化学法,红外谱图阐明了树脂吸附Ru(Ⅳ)的机理。The sorption behavior of five kinds of novel functional resins containing nitrogen or nitrogen and sulfur as ligand atoms for Ru(Ⅳ)was investigated.The resins are 3-aminomethylpyridine resin(3-AMPR),pyrazole resin(PAZR),2-aminomethyl pyridine resin(2-AMPR),N-methyl-2-thioimidazole resin(MTIR)and 2-thiobenzoimidazole resin(2-TBIMR).The functional group(FG)capacities of the resins are 3.16~4.87 m mol FG/g resin. The influences of acidity,temperature and time on sorption were studied and the sorption parameters of various resins for Ru(Ⅵ),such as sorption capacity,sorption ratio,sorption rate contant,entropy,distribution coefficient,and elution were determined.3-AMPR has the highest sorption capacity for Ru (Ⅳ),1.64 mmol Ru(Ⅳ)/g 3-AMPR,and the lowest sorption ratio,1.93 functional group/Ru(Ⅳ)(molar ratio).The Ru(Ⅳ)adsorbed on PAZR can be eluated as high as 100.3% by a mixed solution of 5%aq.thiourea:acetone:hydrochloric acid=1 1:2(volume ratiO) used as an eluant,The sorption mechanism of Ru(Ⅳ)was examined by chemical and IR-spectra methods.
