兔大型艾美耳球虫的致病性、临床及病理组织学研究

摘　　要：利用光镜对大型艾美耳球虫感染与周龄无球虫兔致病进行了研究。实验兔在不同剂量组及天数下扑杀，取材并观察。结果表明，病兔出现厌食、体重下降、腹泻，严重时有血便等临床症状。１０＾５，１０＾６卵囊组４￣８ｄ体重下降很明显，并有死亡。各症状从感染后第４ｄ开始出现，第９ｄ开始恢复。潜在期的为６￣８ｄ。组织学可见Ｅ．ｍａｇｎａ主要寄生在空肠后段，回肠及盲肠尖部。绒毛受到不同程度的破坏，隐窝不同程度的拉长。The Present report described the experiment on pathogenesis of E.magna infecting 5-week old coceidia-free rabbit by using light microscopy.The experiment consisted of six groups,each group has eight rabbits and these rabbits were killed at different time.The result of the experiment showed that anorexia,weight loss,diarrhoea and blood feces occured as Clinical symptom.Weight loss in the 5th and 6th groups was obvious and these two groups have dead rabbit as well.The prepatent of oocysts was 6-8 day and it was related to the degree of inoculation.Tissue reaction shows that E.magna mainly developed in Jejunum,Ileum and Appendix.Villi were damaged to different degrees.Its main changes were atrophy, destroy and elogation of crypts etc,All of these changes were accompanied with hyperaemia,oedema and defferent degrees of infiltration of lymocytes.The regeneration of Villi began from the 11th day and they became generaeey normal at the 19th day.
