摘 要:对10个亲本的自交系及其双列组配的杂交种进行光合速率测定,结果表明:杂交种的光合速率高低与其亲本有密切的关系。一般表现为亲本光合速率高,其杂交后代也高;杂交后代的光合速率与母本的相关关系比父本更加密切;一般杂交种表现出光合速率正优势,这种优势在不同组合之间差别较大,高光合的亲本与中、低光合速率的亲本杂交时,多为明显优势;自交系间和杂交种间在籽粒建成期的光合速率变动不同。The photosynthetic rate of ten inbrids and their 45 hybrids of corn were examined during grain formating periods.The photosynthetic rate of hybrids was significative relation with their parents', the parents were high in photosynthetic rate,so were their hybrids.The relation of hybrids with female parent in photosynthetic rate was closer than male's.F1 generation of hybrids was positive hybrid vigor in photosynthetic rate,especialy when middle or low parents crossed with high parents,the hybrids vigor in photosynthetic rate was very high.The changes of photosynthesis were difference among different genic types duing grain formating periods.
