摘  要:以人早幼粒白血病细胞HL-60细胞为模型,研究了星状孢子素和金雀异黄素对该细胞的诱导分化作用,结果表明,HL-60细胞经2种药物分别处理后,细胞增殖能力均呈下降趋势,细胞形态学变化明显,大部分细胞趋于成熟,硝基兰四氮唑(NRT)还原能力增强,NBT阳性细胞百分率均达80%以上,说明此2种药物对HL-60细胞有明显的诱导分化作用。HL-60细胞酸性磷酸酶活力显著升高,则揭示该细胞沿粒细胞方向趋于分化。Differentiation of human promyelocytic leukemia(HL-60) cell induced by staurosporine and genistein were studied using HL-60 cells as model. Proliferation of HL-60 cells were inhibited significantly after treated by staurosporine(10 μg.L-1) and genistein(10 μmol. L-1) for 5 days; the treated cells turned to be matured morphologically and NBT reduction ability was abtained. The activity of acid phosphatase in the treated HL-60 cells was increased significantly. The results showed that these drugs can induce differentiation of HL-60 cells along granulocyte lineage in vitro .
