哮喘患者嗜碱粒细胞释放能力的研究

摘　　要：观察哮喘患者和正常人对抗人ＩｇＥ介导的嗜碱粒细胞释放能力和血清总ＩｇＥ的变化。结果表明：哮喘患者的嗜碱粒细胞释放能力和血清总ＩｇＥ均明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１）；哮喘患者的嗜碱粒细胞释放能力与血清总ＩｇＥ、血液嗜酸粒细胞计数均无相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５），而后两者之间却显著相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）；发现哮喘患者的嗜碱粒细胞释放能力与变应原皮肤试验有很好的符合率。提示：哮喘患者的嗜碱粒细胞释放能力异常有其内在机制。The changes of basophil releasability induced by anti-IgE and total serum lgE in asthmatic and normal subjects were observed. The relationship of basophil releasability induced by anti-IgE to total IgE in serum,eosinophil count in blood and skin test to allergen was investigated in patients with asthma. The experimental results showed that anti-IgE mediated basophil releasability and total IgE in serum were significantly higher in asthmatic patients than those in normal subjects (p<0.01),and basophil releasability induced by anti-IgE was neither correlated with total IgE in serum nor with eosinophil count in blood in patients with asthma (P>0.05).However,eosinophil count was significantly correlated with total serum IgE in asthma patients(P<0.01).Anti-IgE-mediated basophil releasability accorded with skin test results markly in patients with asthma.These results suggest that a inherent mechanism is responsible for abnormal basophil releasability induced by anti-IgE in patients with asthma.
