剂型及温度对双氯灭痛透皮吸收的影响

摘　　要：以透皮吸收模型观察了剂型及温度对双氯灭痛透皮吸收的影响。结果表明，搽剂中双氯灭痛的透皮吸收量远高于膏剂；４５℃孵温能显著加快双氯灭痛的透皮吸收。In order to decrease the side functions of diclofenac sodium(voltaren), the liniment and ointment containing it were prepared. The rat dorsal percutaneous absorption of voltaren was observed by transdermal model in vitro. The results showed that the permeation of voltaren was much higher in liniment than in ointment. In liniment the permeation of voltaren was much faster in 45℃ than in 37℃.
