吲达帕胺对高血压病患者降压作用的临床研究

摘　　要：３４例高血压病患者服国产吲达帕胺后，血压持续缓慢下降，ＴＰＲ显著下降，血浆肾素活性（ＲＡ）、血管紧张素Ⅱ（ＡＴ－Ⅱ）和醛固酮（ＡＤＳ）浓度显著增高，而心率及血儿茶酚胺（ＣＡ）水平无显著变化。治疗４周对全血Ｃｄ、Ｐｂ、红细胞（ＲＢＣ）及血浆Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｎａ、Ｋ、Ｍｇ浓度无显著影响。其总疗效为８８．２４％，表明国产吲达帕胺是一种疗效显著而副作用低的降压药物。The antihypertensive effect of indapamide and its effects on total peripheral resistance(TPR),blood ordinary and trace elements, neurocrine factors were investigated in thirty four patients with essential hypertension.The results showed that the blood preesure and TPR decreased significantly,and the plasma renin activity(RA),angiotensin Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ), and aldosterone (ADS) concentrations increased significantly after 4 weeks of indapamide treatment.The systolic blood pressure,distolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure decreased from 23.27±1.96,13.17±1. 08 and 16.54±1.16 to 18.59±1.43,10.98±0.87 and 13.51±0.97 kPa, respectively,the TPR decreased from 1809.05±571.20 to 1306.29±493.35 dyn·S·cm(-5), and the plasma RA, AT-Ⅱ and ADS concentrations increased from 1.76±2.29μg·L(-1)/h,47.03±25.69ng/L,692.50±360.10hpmol/Lto 4.91±2.68μg·L(-1)/h,63.44±35.32 ng/L,1135.70±609.4 pmol/L respectively. There were no significant changes in the heart rate, serum catecholamines levels, whole blood cadmium,lead, crythrocytic and plasma zinc, copper,sodium, potassium and magnesium concentrations after 4 weeks of indapamide adminis-tration.
