九针治疗152例面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：对152例面瘫进行临床辨证分型,视证求因,并用九针治疗。结果提示:辨证施治疗效高于见症取穴针刺,并能减少针刺次数,缩短疗程,提高治愈率。The author reported the results of treatment for 152 cases of impotence by two means.40 cases were treated with traditional acupuncture.Besides same treating,other 112 cases were also with deter- mination of treatment based on the differentiation of symptems and signs,than author selected the ofter different needle in nine forms of needles and other poins. The therapeutic effects of the traditional acupuncture group and differentiation of symptoms and signs group were respectively that 11 cases(27.50%)and 92 cases(82.14%)were recovery,5 cases(12.50%)and 12 cases(10.71%)were effectiveness,12 cases(30.00%)and 6 cases (5.36%)were improvement,12 cases(30.00%)and 2 cases(1.78%)were invalid. The statistical processing revealed noticeable difference of the curative rate between the two groups.It showed that therapy with differantiation of symptoms and signs is much more effective than traditional acupuncture(x^2=53.67,P<0.001).And the curse of treatment can be shortened.
