摘  要:观察了肾血管性高血压大鼠(RHT)和正常血压大鼠(Wistar)动脉血中6-Keto-PGF_(1a)和 TXB_2浓度及其比值变化,以及肾髓质中 PGE_2含量和动脉血中 AT-Ⅱ浓度。同时检测了狭窄双肾动脉后肾组织之形态改变。结果表明,RHT 大鼠动脉血中6-Keto-PGF_(1a)浓度和6 Keto/TXB_2比值均低于Wistar 鼠;血中 AT-Ⅱ浓度则明显高于 Wistar 鼠。RHT 大鼠在狭窄双肾动脉后第七周末与 Wistar 鼠进行形态学比较,无特异性改变。研究结果提示,动脉血中 AT-Ⅱ浓度升高与肾血管性高血压的发生密切相关,而血中 6-Keto-PGF_(1a)浓度降低以及6-Keto/TXB_2比值减少,可能有助于高血压的持续发展。6-Keto-PGF_(1a).and TXB_2(stable metabolites of PGI_2 and TXA_2)concentrations and their ratio and angiotensin Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ)concentration in arterial plasma and PGE_2 content of nephric medullae were Studied in renovascular hypertensive rats(RHT)and Wistar control rats.The results revealed that plasma 6-Keto-PGF_(1a)in RHT is significantly lower than that in the control group(18.34±4.3nmol/ L vs 83.95±5.9nmol/L,P<0.01);plasma TXB_2 of the two groups have no significant difference; the 6-Keto-PGF_(1a)/TXB_2 ratio in RHT s lower than that in the control rats(0.40±0.12 vs 0.65± 0.15,P<0.05);PGE_2 of nephric medullae have no significant difference;plasma AT-Ⅱ is signifi- cantly higher in RHT than that in the control rats(433.6±24.4 nmol/L vs 288.3±28.4 nmol/L, P<0.01);AT-Ⅱ is not related to plasma 6-Keto-PGF_(1a),TXB_2 and nephrie medullae PGE_2.These results suggest that the increase of AT-Ⅱ has closely relation with RHT,the decrease of plasma 6- Keto-PGF_(1a)and 6-Keto-PGF_(1a)/TXB_2 ratio may lead to the decrease of anti-hypertensive capacity,and may become the main factor of the sustained development of RHT.
