水稻两用核不育系光温反应特性和育性鉴定试验报告

摘  要:国内新育成的两用核不育系(S系)1994年在贵阳采用12小时(短日)和15小时(长日)的不同光照处理以及分期播种试验结果表明:各不育系在不同光照处理下,其育性表达有以温度控制为主的温敏类型或温光类型和以日长控制为主的光敏类型或光温类型;分期播种经花粉检测和考查套袋自交不结实率表明:GD-2S、迟1356S和3NC1182S3个不育系分别有41天、30天和16天的基本稳定不育期,是很可贵的不育材料。低温敏型或低温光敏型S系较能适应低纬高原山区的生态环境。The experiment was conducted with the photoperiod treatment of 12h(short day),15h(long day)and different seeding time for rice dual-purpose nucleus sterile lines newly developed by domestic organizatiors in 1994.The results showed that the fertility of the sterile lines tested can be divided into two types,ramely male sterility mainly controlled by temperature and mainly controlled by day length.According to pollon abortion and self fertility,GD-2S,late 1356S and 3N1182S express 41,30 and 16 days basic stable sterile stage separately in different seeding time.They are valuble sterile materials for low latitude and high altitude mountainous areas.
