摘　　要：本文报告应用CT立体定向技术对23例颅内疾病患者施行32次手术，进行活检、囊性肿瘤排液、脓肿引流、血肿清除，取得满意效果。认为CT立体定向手术是颅内病变诊断和治疗较为理想的方法．The CT guided stereotatic surgery on the 23 patients(32 times) with intracranial diseases were reported. The operation included biopsy in 7 nidus, drainage in 6 of cystic tumor, elimination in 2 of abs cess, removing in 8 of hematoma. These patients had ideal effect. The result sug gested that this technique was a valuabe method in diagnosis and treatment of in tracranial diseases.
