摘　　要：本研究采用光镜、电子显微镜方法对放置含铜宫内节育器ＴＣｕ２２０ｃ１０年以上２０例，６～９年１０例月经周期正常妇女子宫内膜进行了形态学观察。结果显示，ＴＣｕ２２０ｃＩＵＤ放置１０～１２年之间，子宫内膜仅见不同程度的细胞变性，无癌变，并仍然具有抗生育作用。结合临床观察及取出节育器所见，ＴＣｕ２２０ｃＩＵＤ放置１０～１２年之间是安全的。The purpose of this study was to observe the safety of long term use of the copper intrauter ine device.The endometria of 20 women who had TCu220c insertion for 10 to 12 years with nor mal menstruation were examined under the light and electron microscopes,no finding of canceration but only some cell degeneration of different degree.The anti-reproductive action is still effective.In correlation with clinical analysis,it is suggested that long term use of the copper intrauterine device for as long as 10 to 12 years long term seems to be safe.
