摘　　要：本文讨论了调速水泵机组的效率变化特性，及在取水泵站和配水泵站中的不同变化特点．依此提出在两种泵站设计中，如何使调速机组高效运行的选泵方法，并提出确定调速泵台数的新观点．This paper anlayses the efficiency change of pumps shifted and change particularity in the intake stations and distribution stations. Based on this, the paper puts forward the efficient methods for selecting pumps in intake and distribution stations, as well as some new viewpoints for determinating the numbers of pumps shifted.
