液压质量控制系统（HMS）对高层建筑鞭鞘效应的控制分析

摘　　要：本文提出了用作者研制的液压质量控制系统（ＨＭＳ）［１］控制高层建筑鞭鞘效应，并进行了分析．计算表明，液压质量控制系统控制鞭鞘效应是十分有效的。The idea of using HMS system to control the lashing effect of tall buildings is presented and the relevant anlaysis is made in the paper. Numerical results show that the control effect of HMS on lashing effect of tall buildings is remarkable.
