摘　　要：利用自制的Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光器，进行了激光器光束方向性及频率同时稳定的研究，使频率稳定度达到４×１０￣（－１０），角漂小于２×１０￣（－５）ｒａｄ．Abstract In this paper，simultancous beam direction and frquency stabilization of an in-ternal mirror He-Ne laser is reported The axial mode of a He-Ne laser is collapsed intotwo polarized components perpendicular each other in a transvers magantio field，By setting up a proper thermal field ，taking a frequency differnce between thetwo componels as the stabilziation parameter，the output angle floating is less than 2×10^(-5) is obtained.
