摘 要:本研究选用64只健康雄性Wistar大鼠,采用舌下静脉注射药物,肾上腺摘除等手段,观察血清内源性神经降压素对大鼠空腹血糖的影响及其机制。结果表明:①静脉注射抗神经降压素血清后,大鼠空腹血糖浓度较注射前及对照组均显著增高(P<0.05~0.01)。②双侧肾上腺摘除后,再注射同样药物,则血糖无改变(P>0.05)。上述结果提示,大鼠血清中内源性神经降压素可使血糖降低,该作用可能与肾上腺功能活动改变有关。Sixty-four female Wistar rats were adopted to study the effect of neurotensin(NT) on the blood glucose in fasting rats by the means of intravenous injection of anti-neurotensin serum (ANTS) and removing both adrenal glands.The results were as follows:(1)The content of blood glucose was significantly increased comparing with before injection and control group after ANTS administration (P<0.05~0.01).(2) The effect of endogenous NT on blood glucose was disappeared after ANTS administration following that both adrenal glands were removed. The results indicate that the endogenous NT may increase the level of blood glucose and the effect may be relate to the activity of adrenal glands.
