VCu200宫内节育器放置10年以上子宫内膜形态学研究

摘　　要：本研究采用光镜、电子显微镜方法对放置含铜宫内节育器ＶＣｕ２００１０年以上２０例、６～９年１０例月经周期正常妇女子宫内膜进行了形态学观察。结果显示，ＶＣｕ２００ＩＵＤ放置１０～１２年之间，子宫内膜仅见不同程度的细胞变性，无癌变，并仍然具有抗生育作用。结合取出节育器所见（放置一定时期铜丝有断裂）及铜金属质量研究，认为ＶＣｕ２００ＩＵＤ临床长期放置应慎重，以放置７～１０年较适宜，最多不宜超过１０年。The endometria of 20 women who had VCu200 intrauterine device insertion for more than ten years and 10 women for 6～9 years with normal menstruation were examined morphologically under light and electron microscopes respectively.The results showed that for the VCu200 IUD inserted for 10～12 years,various degrees of cell degeneration were present in the endometrium, but without malignant change. The result of anti-produce was also effective. According to the clinical investigation and the outline of removed IUD, VCu200 IUD can be used for 7 to 10 years.
