长期放置含铜宫内节育器子宫内膜组织免疫组织化学的研究

摘　　要：本研究以放置６～１１年ＴＣｕ２２０ｃ子宫内膜及放置６～１１年ＶＣｕ２００子宫内膜为实验组，以正常子宫内膜，增生过长子宫内膜，子宫内膜腺癌为对照组。选用癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）、上皮膜抗原（ＥＭＡ）、角蛋白（ｋｅｒａｔｉｎ）３种上皮性肿瘤标记物作为研究指标，采用免疫组织化学方法观察实验组与对照组定位分布状态。结果表明，放置６～１１年ＴＣｕ２２０ｃ和ＶＣｕ２００子宫内膜无增生性改变和恶性改变。We studied the endometriums with TCu220c for 6～11 years the endometriums with VCu200for 6～11 years. Normal endometriums, hyperplastic endometriums and endometriums of adenocarcinoma were as control. CEA (carcinoembryonic antigen), EMA (epithelial membrane antigen)and keratin-three epithelial tumor markers were applied to be the indexes for this research. We adopted immunohistochemical methods to investigate distribution of the above three substances in experimental group and control group and the results showed that there were no hyperplastic change and canceration in endometriums with TCu220c or VCu200 for 6～11 years.
