摘  要:实验选用家猫28只,采用硬膜外打击法制做创伤性脑水肿动物模型,随机分为外伤组、F—SOD治疗组和L—SOD治疗组,分别观察伤后意识活动、脑电生理、BBB通透性、脑含水量、脑组织形态学、血清、脑脊液、脑内OFR和SOD含量变化.结果表明F—SOD和L—SOD均对创伤性脑水肿有保护作用,但后者的作用更明显更持久.本文介绍了L—SOD的制作过程及其特点,并根据实验结果对两种SOD的作用机理进行了探讨.Twenty-eight cats in which the models of traumatic brain edema were induced by extradural impact were divided into three groups randomly: injury group, free-SOD (F - SOD) treated group and liposome entrapped SOD(L -SOD) treated group. The conciousness state ,EEG, BBB permeability, brain water content, cellular morphology, LPO and SOD in the blood serum, cerebrospinal fluid and brain before and after injury were observed, The results showed that both F - SOD and L - SOD had protective effect on posttraumatic brain edema, and the effect of L -SOD was more significant and more permanent. The preparation and character of L-SOD were introduced and the mechanism of two types of SOD was discussed in the paper.
