摘　　要：本文采用LPS刺激健康人外周血的单核细胞,提取其总的RNA,采用逆转录PCR扩增目的基因,并且将获得的目的基因连接到克隆载体中,通过DNA序列分析,证实获得的目的基因是所需的IL—8的基因.IL-8 gene was isolated by RT-PCR from LPS stimulated monocyte. The amplified products were cloned into pUC19 vector. The recombinant plasmids were screened and were identified by restriction digestion. The cloned gene was also sequenced with didexoynucleotide termination method.The result of the sequencing comfirmed that the cloned gene was IL-8 gene.
