影响心脏复跳因素的临床观察(附250例分析)

摘　　要：我院250例心脏病人心脏复跳情况进行了观察统计,其结果:(1)12岁以下(含12岁)组,心脏自动复跳率87%明显高于>12岁组.(2)≥20岁后天性心脏病组心脏自动复跳率>先天性心脏病组.(3)血钾水平在4.6～5.9mmol/L心脏自动复跳率最高.(4)心肌血运阻断时间越短,对心脏自动复跳越有利,本组≤30′自动复跳率最高.(5)平均动脉压的高低对心脏自动复跳无明显影响.(6)调整血气在理想范围,有利于心脏自动复跳.作者认为,体外循环心脏手术心脏能否自动复跳受多种因素的影响,力争心脏自动复跳,避免室颤,减少电击除颤,是缺血后心脏恢复的一个重要环节.The factors influencing the heart self -recovery of 250cases of heart diseases after open heart surgery were studied. It was suggested (1) The heart self-recovery rate in the age group below 12 years (in-cluding 12 years) was 87 percet, more higher than that of 12 years older. (2) The heart self-recovery rate in the age group over 20 years old with acquired heart diseases was higher than that with congenital heart diseases. (3) The self-recovery rate of the heart was the highest among patients with the serum potassium level of 4.6 - 5. 9mmol/L (4) The shorter the time for the occlusion of the blood, the more favorable was the heart self -recovery. In our group, the heart self -recovery rate was the highest when the time of occlusion was below 30 minutes. (5) There was no obvious influence of the mear artery pressure on the heart self -recovery. (6) It was beneficial to the heart self -recovery when the blood gas was adjusted in the better range. The authors pointed out that there were many factors influencing the heart after open heart surgery. It is an important step of the heart self- recovery after myocardial ischemia to avoid ventricular fibrillation and to reduce the chance of electric defibrillation.
