白首乌离体快速繁殖的研究

摘　　要：本文进行了白首乌茎段的离体培养，选用不同的培养基和不同激素配比试验．结果表明，白首乌茎段在改良ＭＳ＋ＩＢＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基下．能继代和繁殖，繁殖周期为２５天，每周期繁殖倍数为３以上．试管苗移栽在椰糠或河沙基质中成活率可达８５％以上．故本方法可用于离体快繁．This paper deals with the in vitro culture of the stem segment of Bunge Swallowwort(Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex wight). The various media and hormone proscriptions are tested. The results show that Bunge Swallowwort can be subcultured and propagated well on the modified MS+IBA 0. 5 mg/L, the propagation period is 25 days,and the propagation coefficient in each period is more than 3.The tube plantlets are transplanted in coconut chaff or river sand,and the survival rate amounts to 85% above.So the present method can be used for the rapid propagation of in vitro.
