人体面部蠕形螨感染的初步调查

摘　　要：笔者对１５４人进行了人体面部蠕形螨感染检查．检查结果．总感染率为４５．４５％；其中男性感染率为４５．８３％，女性感染率为４４．１２％，两者无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．酒渣鼻感染率为１００％，痤疮感染率为８１．２５％，健康人感染率为２７．２８％，酒渣鼻和痤疮患者的感染率显著高于皮肤健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１）．初步检查结果表明酒渣鼻和痤疮与蠕形螨的感染有一定的关系．For detecting the infection on human faces of the demodex,154 people have been examined.The result shows that the total infection rate is 45.45%.The infection rate is 45.83 %in male and 44.12% in female.There is no significant difference between male and female(P>0.05).The infection rate in acne rosacea is 100% and in acne is 81.25%,while in healthy people is 27.28%.The infection rate in acne rosacea and acne is much higher than that in healthy people(P<0.01). The preliminary investigation indicates that the acne rosacea and acne relate to the infection of the demodex.
