腹腔镜在妇科疑难病症诊断中的应用(附22例分析)

摘　　要：22例妇科疑难病症经腹腔镜检查均及时明确诊断，其中子宫内膜异位症7例，慢性盆腔炎8例，盆腔静脉瘀血症和其他疾病各3例，正常盆腔1例。镜下对主要病变进行了分期或分度，对慢性盆腔炎还作了病原学检查。腹腔镜诊断具有安全简便、迅速准确等优点。Twenty-two difficult and complicated cases in gynecology received laparoscopic examination. All definite diagnoses including seven cases of endometriosis,eight chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (PID),three pelvic congestion syndrome, three pelvic mass and one normal appearance of pelvic organs were made rapidly. Under laparoscope, classification of endometriosis and PID was carried out in terms of severity. Meanwhile, PID were further given etiological identification. The results indicated that laparoscopic diagnosis was not only definite and rapid, but also safe and easy to be carried out.
