大网孔药帘毒杀大劣按蚊的实验室观察

摘　　要：用溴氰菊酯25mga．i／m2和二氯苯醚菊酯500mga．i／m2浸泡两种孔形的棉纺纱大网孔窗帘布．方形孔径为4×4mm和4×7mm，圆形孔径为4×5mm。药帘横贴在试验笼的通道笼与诱饵笼之间，然后放进实验室饲养的大劣按蚊，观察其行为反应和药效作用。结果，两种药浸泡帘布后30－385天12次试验，大劣按蚊平均死亡率为94％以上，最后一次试验死亡率为84％以上。大劣按蚊吸血率对照笼为75％，实验笼溴氰菊酯为5．5％，二氯苯醚菊酯为9．4％。校正防止吸血率分别为92．8％和88．0％（P＞0．05）。两种孔形的帘布浸药后对大劣按蚊均具良好的防护作用，可在现场应用。Two types of cotton curtains with large mesbes were impregnated with deltamethrin (25mg. ai/m2 ) and permethrin (500mg ai/m2 ). the diameter of the hole of square mesh was 4×4 mm and 4×7 mm and that of round mesh was 4×5 mm. The impregnated curtains were fixed on the middle of passage between mosquitoes' container and bait container. AduIts of Anopheles dirus reared in laboratory were put into the mosquitoes and effects of the impregnated curtains were observed. Twelve tests were conducted during the period of 30～ 385 days after curtains being impregnated with pyrethrin The results sbowed that tbe average mortality of An.dirus was higher than 94%. The mortalityof An. dirus in the last test was higher than84%. The bloodsuck rate of An. dirusin control container was 75% and that in deltamethrin container was 5. 5% and in permethrin container was 9. 4%. The corrected rates of avoiding bloodsuck in.deltamethrin and permethrin were 92. 8%and 88.0% (P>0.05)respectively. The two types of curtains after being impregnated with the pyrethroids. have good protecting effects against An. dirus The curtains can be used in field.
