圆尾斗鱼的胚胎和仔鱼发育的研究

摘　　要：圆尾斗鱼（Macropoduschinensis）的受精卵呈圆球形，光滑，略带淡黄色，浮性；卵膜吸水膨胀后的平均直径为1．19mm。当水温21—23．5℃时，从受精卵到孵化出膜需42．5小时；水温22－24．5℃时，刚出膜仔查到卵黄囊消失需4天，到油球消失约25天。出膜30天仔鱼的形态基本上与成体相似。The fertiiized eggs of AJacropodus chinensis (Bloch) are spheric and yello wishThe average diameter of the eggs which are flaoting after absorbing water is about1.19mm- It takes 42hr from the stage of ferti1ization to the stage in which fryhave just left their eggs under the temperature of 21-23.5℃, and 4 days for thedisappearance of their yolk sacs, 25 days for the disappearance of their oil sphe res at 22-24.5℃. The morph01ogy of the fry having left their eggs for 30 days isvery similiar to that of an adult 。
