马粪海胆的生态研究

摘　　要：1985年5月至1986年5月及1987年5月5日和15日，对威海小石岛马粪海胆的生态进行了调查。调查结果表明，小石岛马粪海胆多栖息在藻类繁茂的礁石及其下面杂有砂砾的海底。3令即长到商品规格（壳径≥30mm）。4月底生殖腺指数达到最高值20％左右，5月初当海水温度升到10～12℃时，多数个体开始排放，进入生殖期。An ecological study of the sea urchin Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus was carriedout in Shaoshidao, weihai, Shandong Province from May 1985 to May 1986 andMay 5 to 15, 1987. The results show that Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus is a very stric tly littoral species on rocky shore, mostly living under stone in the ebb-zone, wherethe algae and sea-grass are abundant; it takes three years to grow up the comme-rcial size(> = 30mm in diameter); the gonad index may reach the maximum value,some 20%, late in April; early in May, as the water temperature raises to 10-12℃， it enters the breeding seasoll.
